Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is an effective method for treating pain of the musculoskeletal system and in orthopeadic pathologies. It can be an alternative to treat conditions that traditionally required surgical intervention. This form of treatment is used in physiotherapy. The shockwave is defined as an acoustic wave with high amplitude and low frequency. The main feature of the shockwave is a rapid increase in pressure which causes a number of effects in tissues undergoing treatment.

Shockwave therapy is a healing accelerator.
